KITCHEN

Help receive food and lay it out.

DINING ROOM

   Help serve beverage – carry to table

Help families or handicapped people fill their plates, take to table

Someone to stand behind the beverage station to watch for those needing help

Clear dirty dishes from tables

Refill Beverages

Water flowers

Maintain “condiment” trays on tables

Clean tables after each meal and/or meeting held in Hospitality Tent 


HOSPITALITY SITE

Empty garbage cans

Remove trash from site

Drain gray water

Maintain the Fresh water

Gas

Keep generators running at appropriate times

Maintain Hand Washing Station

Service the trailers onsite for black water, gray water and fresh water as well as generators.

REGISTRATION TABLE

Maintain meal lists

Sign in guests at each meal

Offer name tags to guests and others without one 

BAGGAGE SECURITY

 Register guests

Issue bag tags

Guard the tent from 6:30 am to 8 pm

Maintain the cold soda and water.

Make sure there is enough ice, etc….

Drain water off when necessary

Collect the money at the end of each day

SET UP - TEAR DOWN - MISC.

 Set up Dining Tent and Kitchen,Thursday through Saturday

Tear Down and Pack Up, Sunday and Monday 

Ride along on airport pick-up

EAA AIRVENTURE VOLUNTEER FOR MASA

MASA is engaged in helping EAA  in several areas that benefit both EAA and MASA


Assistance with vehicle control at the camper registration entrance. (Qualified  Young Adults ages 16+ minimum of 4 hours) INCLUDES A DAILY ENTRY PASS TO EAA AIR VENTURE


Assistance with security observation for Camp Schoeller (Qualified Adults Only)


Assistance with ground guidance for aircraft movement (Qualified Adults Only)


Volunteers must be of good character and be approved by the MASA Executive Director or MASA Liaison to EAA
